What's coming up
Pierre Teammates Advisory Board would like to challenge SD State workers in Pierre to exchange 1 walking break each week for a mentor meeting at the MS or HS during the school year. Research shows that mental health and productivity increase when someone mentors. If you accept this challenge, visit with your supervisor about how you and your department can make a difference in a student’s life, with just one walking break a week.

WE would like to Support Pierre TeamMates Campaign
Our first goal and most important goal is to recruit mentors for each student who wants a mentor.
Our second goal is to support our mentors and mentees during the school year.
Our third goal is to support our building coordinators for the time spent coordinating and organizing communication for our matches.
Our fourth goal is to provide scholarship opportunities for our graduating students who have been in the Teammates Program.
This program is not funded thru the Pierre School District at this time.
Your support will help us continue to grow, as everyone child deserves a champion, a mentor; someone who will never give up on them; who understands the power of connection and insists that they become the best that they can possibly be.
